Sowing and Reaping

October 28, 2015 by admin

Sow the Wind, Reap the Whirlwind

Sowing and reapingHosea 8:7 “For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind…”

There is a principle of life called sowing and reaping.  You have probably heard it said that you will reap what you sow.  The world does not live by this principle.  It is happy to influence people to recklessly go through life ignorant of any consequences for their actions.  This is not a Bible teaching.  The Bible teaches that for every action, there are consequences.  You will reap what you sow.  If you sow substance, you will reap substantial benefits.  If you sow wind, you will reap more wind.

Dr Blue uses this principle to show how it is more important to emphasize character than it is to look at talent.  Talent can be developed, but character can not.  A person of character can be taught any talent, but a person of talent cannot be taught character.

The most foolish thing a person can do is to waste their life.  Today we are living in an age where lives are wasted wholesale.  God never intended for lives to be wasted.  He intends for lives to be full of purpose.  He intends for proper sowing to be done so that correct reaping can be accomplished.

What we sow, can have far reaching effects.  Like sowing seeds to the blustery wind will blow all over the place, so does living a poor Christian life.  “Christian mistakes” cannot be covered up.  They are seeds that are sown.  They will grow in unwanted fields and destroy innocent lives.

If you want to see how your life can have far reaching effects on others, this AUDIO SERMON is something you need to hear.  It will cause you to evaluate how you are living for the Lord so that you can lessen the problems you pass on to those you love.

The Unknown God

October 22, 2015 by admin

Unknown God
Pastor Blue

It is tragic that many people worship a god, but to them the living God remains an UNKNOWN GOD.  Almost everyone has some form of god that they worship and adore, yet the living God remains unknown to them. Even heathenish man worships god in some form or another, still the true and living God remains unknown.

In this AUDIO SERMON, Dr. Blue addresses this alarming fact through the Bible.  He takes us to Athens, Greece where the Apostle Paul came upon this inscription: “TO THE UNKNOWN GOD” (Acts 17:23).   Paul declared that the people back then ignorantly worshipped many gods but the true and living God remained unknown to them.

Things have not changed.  Nowadays people still are ignorant of God, and Pastor Blue shows how a person can get confused in identifying the true living God from the scores of in-animate god’s.

Christians today are confused as well.  They have an image of who God is and how He is supposed to do things for them.  When He fails to meet their expectations, they begin to lose confidence in Him.  They often give up or backslide.  All because God did not live up to their understanding of who they wanted Him to be.

God is who He is.  He is the same today as He was yesterday, and He will be the same tomorrow (Hebrews 13:8).  His being does not depend on someone’s understanding of who He is.  He exists just the way He is supposed to be, whether someone understands Him or not.  It is up to us to learn about Him.  It is not up to us to form Him into being something that He is not and make Him into something we want.  You can see how many Christians are worshipping an UNKNOWN GOD instead of the living Creator.  Pastor Blue’s AUDIO SERMON clears this up and helps us all to move from ignorance to understanding of who God is.

God and Goal Setting

YouTube AUDIO SERMON: God and Goal Setting

If a Christian is going to have new excitement continually coming, he is going to have to set some goals. These goals must be God honoring goals that require some work and digging into the Bible.  Unfortunately, the average Christian is too lazy to dig for new information.  They would rather have their spiritual diet handed to them on a silver platter.

Paul speaks about elders who labored in doctrine (1 Tim. 5:17).  These were those who dug deep into learning about God, so much so that they were considered to be laboring at it. When they did so, the Bible remained exciting and alive to them.  To do this, they did some goal setting.  This allowed them to stay on track.

All too often Christians find themselves haphazardly studying God’s word.  They have a desire to learn, but they are just feeding off of crumbs that they find here and there.  They don’t really get a full meal.  They don’t get satisfied.  In fact, they get frustrated and give up.  What they have failed to do is to set some goals.  (You can’t accomplish anything if you don’t have anything to accomplish).

Every Christian should use some form of goal setting for their approach at studying God’s word.  In this AUDIO SERMON, Dr. Blue speaks about the importance and methods of goal setting.  If you have a desire to keep the Bible fresh and exciting, if you desire to stop eating milk and start eating some meat, you can learn how to use goal setting to create a plan tailored just for you.

Satan and his angels

October 15, 2015 by Ken Blue

Satan and his angels

Have you ever wondered where demons come from?  Did God make them?  How can a perfect God make anything so wicked? What is their purpose?  This audio sermon addresses the fall of Satan and his followers (Isaiah 14:12-14).

Dr. Blue shows us that there is a spiritual battle going on and mankind is caught in the midst of that war.  The war is between the Lord and His angels and the Devil and his angels.

Satan believes he is the owner of this world.  He is very serious about this war.  His demon kingdom is very well organized and his end objective is to have everyone fall down and worship him.

Demons exist in society today, but because of our society of science and enlightenment, Christians are reluctant to talk about them.

This audio sermon exposes the truth about them.
