Do you ever feel that, you’re not all you should be?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.
Do you ever feel alone, though it cannot be?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.
Do you ever feel as cold, as the arctic sea?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.
Do you ever feel like a dead leaf on a tree?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.
Do you ever read the Book; its words closed to thee?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.
Do you ever pray, and the skies seem brass to thee?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.
Have you ever wept your way back, where you should be?
If you have, then you know that, you’re a lot like me.

Good one dad 🙂
I love you, my Brother.
Just desire to say your article is as surprising. The clarity in your post is simply excellent and i could assume you’re an expert on this subject.
I am not sure what you are surprised about. If you are saved, and part of the human race, you are a lot like me!
God that began a good work inside you will perform it forever, until the day of Jesus Christ. Fp1.6
